The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery, barrel cellar, and sparkling wine cellar, followed by a food and wine tasting designed to tell the story of the Cembra Valley through the encounter between its wines and the authentic flavours of the region.

The tasting journey features three wines from our winery paired with three local specialties from the Cembra Valley.

It begins with Trentodoc Extra Brut, served with artisanal bread and locally produced extra virgin olive oil — the valley’s unique olive oil production.

The experience continues with Kerner paired with local soft cheeses, and concludes with Pinot Noir accompanied by traditional cured meats from the area.

A convivial and authentic experience that brings together wine and gastronomy in perfect harmony, revealing the most genuine soul of Cembra.
